协助建立网站/自有电子商务平台运营的内部管理制度，规范标准及业务流程，并执行与监督
To assist in establishing internal management system, operation standard and process of E-shop platform/website.

Main bridget for communication and requests from customers and Sales to e-shop
Ensure material compliance to legal local requirement

根据网络规则和产品特点，优化电商平台相关设计和内容，提高电商平台的使用效果
To optimize related design and content of the E-commerce platform in order to improve the effectiveness of platform according to the internet rules and product features


协助上级实施电子商务平台/网站推广策略及相关活动，利用各种有效方式提高推广效果，*终达成目标
To assist in implementing related activities to improve the popularity of the website/E-shop platform

Website content management
Website performance trakcking, analysis and optimizing
Marketing landing pages content and negotiation with external vendors/ suppliers
SEO/SEM plans and trakcing

数据提取，汇总及综合分析能力，能从数据中解读并作为后面计划的数据指导
Data pulling out, colleting, and analysis, has the capability for comprehensive findings, from analysis to solution.

Perform statiscal analysis
Statistical reporting for website/e-shopTimely finish other tasks appointed by Manager


Necessary qualification for the jobBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or internet technology. An advanced degree is preferred.
·3-5 years of experience working with e-shop and website. ·understands marketing and e-shop within industry. Both B2B and B2C sense preferred.
·Good oral and written English required.
·produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
·Experienced e-shop operation skills
·Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing website, knowledgeable in GA and BA
·Understating in web related technologies
·SEO/SEM plan development, analyzing and optimizing
