RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quotation Processing (based on SAP)

1) Send quotation to customers according to system price or approved special price.

2) Processing technical transcoding

3) Arrangement of special quotation for non-standard items with Purchaser.

4) Following up on quotations

5) Maintain a highly nice relationships with customers

2. Order Processing （based on SAP）

1) Placing customer order in system

2) Order confirmation / acknowledgement and system up-date

3. Shipment / Invoice /Payment Follow Up （based on SAP）

1) Monitor order closely to ensure on time shipment

2) Arrange shipments to customers once goods arrived warehouse. To ensure goods deliver to customers according to our confirmation and with shipment details provided whenever is required.

3) Try best to fulfill customer’s special / urgent request in shipment arrangement.

4) Support FI to issue the right invoice to customer

4. Handle Customer Complaints & Claims

1) All complaints (discrepancies or services) must be handled with patient and friendly attitude, despite claims are justified or not.

2) Try to understand the case and take immediate action with related department(s).

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) College degree or above,

2) 2+ years job experience in CS department

3) Language skills: Basic spoken and written English skills are required

4) Better to have SAP experience
