RESPONSIBILITIES: The controlling supervisor, as an important role of company controlling function, will provide the support to Senior Business Controller on company financial planning, forecast, controls, analysis, policy & business process optimize and risk management, ensure all company business activities under the compliance and safety way. Planning and Forecast:-Support the leader to optimize and implement the process and template for annual planning and periodic rolling forecast;-Support the leader to coordinate and communicate with other functions to collect relative information which should be documented or supported for planning and forecast;-Support the leader to conclude the executive summary for planning and forecast package Analysis and Report:-Identify business information needs and design formatted report to satisfy the needs under the guide of supervisor;-Identify and fulfill the needs of business analysis in areas such as: Order Entry& Turnover; Gross profit; fixed expense and cost by cost center; customer credit status; working capital and cashflow analysis; CAPEX and fixed assets movements, …Financial Control and Review:-Review and check all company B2B and B2C expense claim report, ensure all transactions under the way of compliance, planning, legal and policy required;-Customer credit control and AR chasing-Expense review with functions on regular basis to identify the cost saving action plan, control the all expense under the planning and forecast Process and Policy-Support leader to establish and optimize company policy and business process;-Support leader to execute the company process /policy-Support the leader to provide more guideline to Accounting team to align with group and company policyOthers:-other tasks designated by leadeQUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor or above on Accounting or Finance Management-Over 6 years’ experience in finance field in multinational company with at least 3 years in FP&A or controlling functions;-Good at MS-Office: Excel (Power-User), PowerPoint, WORD-Familiar with finance system, and the skill in SAP is preferred-Good at English ability including oral and written PERSONNEL COMPETENCIES：-Team-player /motivated / high integrity/ resilience-Numerical skills/analytical thinking-Self-discipline-Good communication skil
